Wealth & Growth COORDINATOR

Leah began working in the finance industry in 2011, after 6 years working as a hairdresser, with 2 years as the salon manager. She began as a financial administrator and worked her way into the role of client services.

She came to AFA Group Wealth at the beginning of 2020 in the role of Growth coordinator, after being poached by John for her obsessive organisation skills and attention to detail. She assists the business in the background, working on marketing, planning of client documents and our social media. She also assists as our client wealth coordinator.

She began her investing career at the age of 20 by purchasing her first investment property. As a young investor, she understands the importance of building one’s wealth for the future.

In her downtime, first and foremost she spends as much time as possible with their little girl, teaching her about the world and what life has to offer. Don’t let her girlie appearance fool you; she loves to attend her weekly boxing class, get her hands dirty with home improvements, practice yoga daily and is a slight adrenaline junkie when it comes riding motorbikes at her family farm. She cannot wait to teach their little girl how to ride motorbikes and snowboard in the future.

Favourite quote? “Dance like nobody is tagging you in a photo” meaning, don’t afraid to be yourself!

What gives me a good giggle? Watching my little girl have the time of her life being silly & dancing.

Best financial decision? Buying an investment property and not THAT sports car!

Fantasy career? A professional mermaid.

What superhero is my superhero? Xena, Warrior Princess - A strong female leader with kick as* fighting skills.

What could I do as a kid that I’m trying to do now?  3 back flips in a row...maybe not...
